At DQ Wonders, we prioritize fast, reliable, and secure delivery using trusted logistics partners to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

 Delivery Timeline

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If your order contains multiple items with different shipping times, they will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

 Order Cut-Off Time

All orders are processed based on. Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $39.90
  • Flat Rate: $4.99 for orders under $39.90

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Track via the carrier’s website or our tracking page
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for tracking updates
  • If tracking shows no movement after 10 business days, contact us

  • Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors
  • Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation

 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
