At DQ Wonders, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@dqwonders.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) of the item (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions. Please ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original condition and packaging before shipping it back via a trackable method. Don’t forget to email us the tracking number to keep the process smooth.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return requests must be made prior to shipping the item back.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

Contact us with your order number and exchange details.

Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the original item.

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.

Customers are responsible for both return and reshipment shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card). We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days.

Quality Issues

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the defect.

Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Damage & Return Shipping Responsibility

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or a defect caused by us, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered, changed mind, or no defect), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Customer-Paid Returns

For returns due to personal reasons (such as wrong size or preference), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding original shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping by contacting us directly. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
