Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't meet my needs?

Yes.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly assist with a return or exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting customer service as soon as possible.
Please note: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Can I track my order after it’s been shipped?

Yes.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or text message. Use it to follow your delivery status online at any time.

How do I start an exchange or return?

To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@dqwonders.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange and your desired replacement style(s)

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
